## Description

Grade10 is an Asia-focused trading card and collectibles company founded in 2023 to connect collectors and bring structure to a growing market. A division of publicly listed MemeStrategy (HKEX: 2440) and powered by 9GAG, it is expanding from Hong Kong into Mainland China, South Korea, and other markets. Its connected platform supports collectors throughout the card journey, combining retail, events, financial services, storage, and market information.

Grade10 operates a Hong Kong flagship store and online marketplace, and hosts large-scale trading card festivals that bring together collectors and exhibitors. Its services include card-backed financing for premium collections and museum-grade vault storage with digital ownership records. The company also provides card lookup and pricing tools through Grade10 AI, alongside market indexes tracking selected Pokémon and One Piece cards. Grading submissions and authentication through PSA, CGC, and BGS, as well as publishing and merchandise production, are listed as upcoming offerings. Through its events, partnerships, and ecosystem services, Grade10 aims to help collectors trade, showcase, and manage their collections while supporting the broader trading card industry.
