## Description

GRAL, short for GRimper en Agglomération Lavalloise, is a climbing club serving the Laval area. It brings together climbers of different ages and experience levels, with activities for children, young people and adults. The club offers instruction and training, including youth programmes and an adult beginner course, as well as opportunities to climb during designated independent-access sessions at the Jeff Lemoine climbing hall. It also organizes outings, introductory events for people aged seven and older, and competitions, and supports members who want to take part in local climbing events or cheer on club participants. Information on registration, fees, schedules, climbing grades, safety, and indoor and outdoor climbing facilities is available through the club. GRAL also provides resources about training and climbing passes, and shares updates with families and members through meetings and news. Run with the involvement of its staff and volunteers, the club is preparing for a transition connected to the development of a new facility. GRAL combines regular climbing opportunities with instruction, community events, and competition.
