# Grasse Acres - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `grasseacres.com` ## Description Grasse Acres is a small Nigerian Dwarf dairy goat farm that has selectively bred registered goats since 1997. Its breeding program focuses on dairy quality, conformation, and temperament, with the aim of producing healthy, capable milkers and well-rounded animals. The farm uses performance records and years of breeding experience to guide its selections, and retains does based in part on their milking ability. While Grasse Acres participated in DHIR milk testing until 2023, it no longer tests its herd. The goats are raised on rotational pasture and fed grass and alfalfa hay, farm-grown hay, blended grain concentrate, and supplements; organically grown grains are used as much as possible. The farm reports annual whole-herd testing and a history free of CAE and Johne’s disease, with no CL abscesses in the herd.
