## Description

Grateful is a global nonprofit organization that offers online and community-based educational programs and practices aimed at inspiring and guiding individuals towards a life of grateful living. Founded in 2000 by Brother David Steindl-Rast, a renowned figure in the interfaith dialogue movement and known as the grandfather of gratitude, our organization seeks to foster personal and societal responsibility through the practice of Grateful Living. Our mission is to support individuals and communities in recognizing the wonder and opportunity in every moment, and to encourage bold action rooted in love, generosity, and respect towards ourselves, one another, and the Earth. We believe that Grateful Living has the power to make a significant impact, which is why we provide diverse opportunities for people to gather and learn together, both online and in-person. We are committed to inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that the transformative gifts of Grateful Living are available to people from all walks of life. With a vision of a peaceful and sustainable world held sacred by all, Grateful aims to contribute to the healing of body, mind, and spirit, and to unleash joy and hope in challenging times. Explore our offerings, join our community, and experience the power of gratitude in your life. Together, we can create a groundswell of gratefulness that the world needs now more than ever.
