## Description

Great Vibe Events (GVE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2023 by the Boone family to create inclusive opportunities for adults aged 18 and older with physical and intellectual disabilities. Inspired by the life and legacy of their daughter and sister Faith, the organization brings people together to build friendships, celebrate individuality, and enjoy a sense of community and belonging.

GVE organizes themed social events featuring activities such as karaoke, dancing, bingo, art rooms, and game rooms, with a full meal provided for each attendee. It also offers life skills courses designed to support practical independence. Its flagship course, Kitchen Confident, teaches cooking and kitchen skills, with additional courses planned. For families and caregivers, Great Vibe Events provides practical resources, including seminars on financial planning and special needs trusts, curated articles, and information about helpful community programs.

The organization also welcomes volunteers, sponsors, and donations to support its inclusive experiences and programming. Through events, education, and family resources, GVE aims to help adults connect, learn, and thrive.
