## Description

F.G. Gredonia Greding e.V. is a carnival society based in Greding, Germany, dedicated to preserving carnival traditions and bringing entertainment and good cheer to the local community. Established in 1984, the volunteer-led organization brings together performers and members across its teams, including children’s and youth groups, dance groups, and other carnival participants.

Gredonia organizes a varied program throughout the carnival season. Its events include the traditional carnival opening, a formal celebration presenting its groups and active members, dance festivals, a children’s carnival, and a grand carnival session featuring performances. The society also hosts the Gredinger Faschingszug, a festive parade through Greding’s old town on Shrove Tuesday, and welcomes individuals, walking groups, and decorated floats to take part. Other activities include a carnival festival and a costume ball with a masquerade competition.

The organization shares event news, photographs, and information about its teams online, and invites new members to join. Its Gredoniaheim serves as a venue for events, with a booking schedule available through the society.
