## Description

Green Goodbye is a Danish coffin concept offering a considered, contemporary option for funerals. Its designs combine Nordic minimalism with an emphasis on responsible materials, transparency and respect for both the deceased and the natural environment. The company’s coffins use recycled cardboard and naturally biodegradable fibres, with interiors that include mattresses made from recycled textiles sourced from Danish suppliers.

The two-part system pairs a presentation outer shell, available in a white-lacquered finish or oak, with a sturdy inner coffin made from recycled cardboard. The outer shell can be rented and reused, while the inner coffin is designed to be removed easily for delivery to the crematorium. The construction is tested and approved for loads of up to 125 kilograms.

Green Goodbye works with a nationwide network of professional funeral directors, helping families find a local provider and explore its products. It also invites funeral professionals to become retailers, providing product information and resources to support customer advice.
