Green House is a think tank that was established in 2011 with the goal of spearheading the development of green thinking in the UK. Our mission is to challenge the existing ideas that have shaped our world and to offer positive alternatives. We firmly believe that ideas have the power to change the world, and at Green House, we aim to communicate these transformative ideas more clearly and to a wider audience.

As an independent entity, we remain unbiased and free from any political or commercial interests. However, we are always open to collaboration with individuals and organizations who share our beliefs and sense of urgency. Our vision is to create a world where catastrophic climate changes are avoided, and our society and economy flourish while living in harmony with nature and within the bounds of our planetary limitations.

To further our mission, we offer various projects, publications, and a curated reading list that informs and influences our work. We are also proud members of the Rapid Transition Alliance, the Systems Change Alliance, and the Climate and Ecological Emergency Bill Alliance.
