Through market research trips and personal meetings, GWA established connections with travel agents and expanded their reach to the USA and Europe. They also developed a specialization in educational travel, providing highly educative experiences in a sustainable country.

In 2018, GWA restructured their website and divided their company into three main areas: GWA Classic trips, Student trips, and luxury tours. This allowed them to provide a precise and personalized service to each client. They continued to grow exponentially and expand their presence in different markets, with specific team members responsible for business coming from The Americas and Europe.

In 2020, GWA reinforced their brand during the slowdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. They worked together with local authorities to create Covid-19 protocols to ensure the safety of their clients.
