The Grenada Red Cross Society (GRCS) is a member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and is one of the 191 National Societies within the federation. As one of the 16 English-speaking National Societies in the Caribbean, GRCS is dedicated to serving the community and improving lives. Through its dedicated volunteers, GRCS provides invaluable services and works towards reducing risks and strengthening the society's resilience.

The GRCS Strategic Plan 2030 aligns their programs with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), IFRC Strategy 2030, and the Grenada National Sustainable Development Plan 2020 to 2035, ensuring the best use of available resources to meet the needs of the population. With a focus on disaster management preparedness, health and first aid, volunteering, youth and community service, as well as community engagement and accountability, GRCS strives to make a positive impact. They also offer social services to those in need.
