## Description

The Greyhound Trust is a dedicated animal charity established in 1975, committed to providing loving homes for retired racing greyhounds. Over the years, the Trust has successfully placed more than 100,000 greyhounds in caring environments, with an impressive annual average of around 3,500 adoptions. Supported by a passionate team of staff and approximately 1,000 volunteers, the organization operates through a network of branches across the UK. Governed by a Board of Trustees, the Greyhound Trust relies significantly on public support, with a notable portion of its income derived from legacies and donations. The charity's mission extends beyond adoptions, as it actively raises awareness about the benefits of greyhound ownership while offering resources and support to adoptive families. Engaging with the community, the Trust participates in various events and initiatives, fostering a network of greyhound enthusiasts, including celebrity advocates. The Greyhound Trust continues to strive for a future where every greyhound finds a forever home.
