Groton Bible Chapel is a well-established brand that has been serving the community for over 100 years. Our centennial celebration highlighted the dedication and commitment of our past and present members in building the church into what it is today. Our journey began in 1919, initially focusing on ministering to children.

As time went on, we evolved into a vibrant family church with a strong emphasis on youth. In 1955, we moved to our current location on Toll Gate Road, where we experienced remarkable growth under the leadership of Pastor Dave Ward and the elders. Throughout the years, our ministries continued to prosper.

We witnessed the flourishing of our children's programs like Praise Kids and AWANA. We also established a Christian Preschool and added a Gymnasium to our property. Since 2000, Groton Bible Chapel has transitioned into a regional church, actively supporting and encouraging other local churches while spreading the powerful message of the Gospel in Southeast Connecticut.
