## Description

Growing Choices for Life and Learning is a New Zealand dyslexia support service led by Claire Ashmore. It helps children, teens and adults build confidence and develop practical strategies for learning through strength-based Davis® methods. The service offers personalised guidance for people experiencing challenges with reading, writing, maths, focus, coordination, understanding instructions, self-esteem or anxiety.

Programmes include Davis® Mastery for Dyslexia, which uses hands-on activities to support literacy, and Davis® Mastery for Maths, which makes numeracy concepts more accessible through step-by-step learning with clay. Younger children can access Davis® Foundations for Reading, while the broader programme range also includes options focused on attention, early learning, life skills, Stepping Stones and the Davis Autism Approach®. Services are provided one-to-one and tailored to individual needs.

Growing Choices also offers free, confidential dyslexia screenings, complimentary discovery calls, Learning Clarity Calls, parent and tutor support, workshops and webinars. These resources are designed to help families, learners and staff better understand dyslexia and apply useful support strategies.
