Growing Forward Together (GFT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2020 by Julia Seng and Mickey Sperlich. At GFT, we are dedicated to providing trauma-specific education programs to support women who have experienced childhood maltreatment and other traumas. Our flagship program, the Survivor Moms Companion, offers psychoeducational resources to help women navigate the perinatal stages of life with confidence and resilience.

Our organization is committed to creating a safe and empowering space where survivors can access the support and tools they need to thrive. Through our research reports, events/trainings, and continuing education materials, GFT aims to promote healing and growth for individuals impacted by trauma.
