The GrowthWorks Collective is a 501(c)(3) recovery nonprofit based in Fairfield County, Ohio, and operated entirely by people with lived experience. It brings recovery, education, and technology together to support individuals, service providers, and community organizations. Its programs emphasize learning, creativity, connection, privacy, and next steps for people in recovery and reentry.

For treatment, peer-support, and recovery-housing teams, GrowthWorks offers AI safety training that incorporates HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
