The organization also stages tournaments and events, such as its InterEscolas school competitions, and works with schools, municipalities, teachers, parents and students on gaming-related projects. Through talks, podcasts and educational activities, Grow uP Esports explores topics including digital skills, professional pathways, ethics and the role of games in developing essential skills. Its community activities include the Grow uP Arena in Tapadas das Mercês, where visitors can engage with gaming.
