## Description

The Groupement Romand de Skieurs Aveugles et malvoyants (GRSA) is a Lausanne-based association that encourages people with visual disabilities to take part in skiing. It brings participants together with guides who help them ski, enabling them to share the mountain experience and enjoy a day on the slopes. GRSA’s activities include alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, youth programs, hiking and a multi-integration program. The association also offers training for people interested in becoming alpine or cross-country ski guides, as well as mediators. Its website provides information about the organization, its committee and membership, alongside activity programs, training opportunities, frequently asked questions and news. GRSA also shares photographs and media coverage, and provides guidance on navigating its site. By supporting both participation and the preparation of guides and mediators, the association helps make outdoor and snow-sport activities accessible to people with visual impairments. Its program brings together members, participants and volunteers around inclusive experiences in the Swiss Romandy region.
