## Description

Caroline & Joseph S. Gruss Life Monument Funds Inc, also known as the Gruss Foundation, is a renowned brand that provides valuable funding and support to numerous educational and philanthropic institutions. With a strong commitment to making a positive impact, this foundation has contributed over $15 million annually to more than 400 deserving organizations. One of their notable initiatives is the improvement of secular education for 3,000 elementary school children in New York City and Long Island. As part of this initiative, each school received a computer laboratory, the SuccessMaker Enterprise electronic courseware system, and dedicated support from supervisors and Education Liaisons. Furthermore, a separate independent entity called the Center for Initiatives in Jewish Education (CIJE) was established to oversee all educational programs. Currently, over one hundred schools and approximately 25,000 students benefit from the approved programs administered by CIJE. In addition to their educational endeavors, the Gruss Foundation has made a significant impact by facilitating more than 14,000 interest-free mortgages for former Soviet Olim in Israel. They have also provided over 100 interest-free loans of $500,000 each to Jewish educational institutions around the world. This philanthropic brand is headquartered in New York and continues to make a difference through their generous funding and support.
