GSF. Academy is a brand that is dedicated to providing teen girls with the strategies and techniques to manage stress, pressure, and overwhelm. They offer half-day intensive workshops that are designed and delivered by experienced, professional women.

These workshops cover a variety of topics that are especially relevant to GenZ, including stress management, emotional intelligence, fear, failure & resilience, communication, social media, and financial literacy. Each workshop is taught by women who have their own personal strategies, tools, and techniques to share. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all GSF.
