Its mission focuses on rescuing abused, neglected, and abandoned horses, aiming to rehabilitate them and find loving forever homes. The organization also offers transformative equine-assisted programs tailored for children, teens, adults, and veterans, fostering personal growth and emotional healing through the unique bond formed with horses. In the wake of significant challenges, including the passing of founder Maria Jones, the organization underwent a remarkable transformation in 2023, honoring her legacy with its new name and renewed purpose. The Quinlan facility is designed to cater specifically to the needs of rescue horses, providing an optimal environment for their rehabilitation. The organization is heavily supported by a diverse group of volunteers who play a vital role in its success. Through continuous community support and commitment to quality care, Quinlan Equine Academy and Rescue strives to create brighter futures for both horses and the individuals they help. ## Industries - 🐶 Pets and Animals - 🐶 Horses _(under Pets and Animals)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/rescuehorsesGSHM) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/goodshepherdhealingministries) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idmnNkEd1Z/w/152/h/152/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1722444439923) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cod Gray | #1b1b1b | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
