## Description

GSoA, short for Gruppe für eine Schweiz ohne Armee (Group for a Switzerland without an Army), is an antimilitarism organization that fights against Switzerland's involvement in war and advocates for global justice. They take part in peaceful protests, raise awareness, and utilize direct democratic means. In addition, they provide counseling services for soldiers facing issues within the army. GSoA promotes a world without nuclear weapons and challenges the Swiss army's spending on imaginary threats instead of focusing on real dangers such as the climate crisis. They criticize the excessive use of taxpayers' money by the army, which they believe should be allocated to other security-relevant areas. Moreover, GSoA highlights the impact of the Ukrainian conflict on Swiss resource traders, generating massive profits for companies like Glencore and Trafigura. They propose a fair distribution of these war profits through a war profit tax. Join GSoA in making a difference! By collaborating with like-minded individuals, you can contribute to creating a more peaceful and just world. Stand up for your beliefs and help bring about political progress. Visit their website to learn more and get involved in their activities.
