One of GTECH's current initiatives involves partnering with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) to redesign the vacant land maintenance process in Pittsburgh.

They are seeking input from the community through a series of five meetings to ensure awareness, transparency, and ultimately, community benefit. GTECH also collaborates with organizations like the Junior Green Corps to train and educate individuals on vacant land reclamation processes. Additionally, they are supporting three events in Homewood in the lead-up to the Pittsburgh Marathon.
