Gum Air is a family-owned airline based in Suriname, with over 50 years of experience in aviation. Established as Surinam Sky Farmers, the airline initially focused on aerial crop treatment before expanding to passenger transportation. Specializing in both domestic and international flights, Gum Air serves a diverse clientele, including tour operators, mining companies, and local communities, as well as providing essential medical and government support flights.  

Their fleet features eight aircraft, including Cessna 206s, Cessna 208 Caravans, and Twin Otters, adept at operating on short and unpaved runways. Additionally, Gum Air manages a heliport, focusing on helicopter charters for the oil and gas sector. The company maintains the Suriname-Guyana route in collaboration with Trans Guyana Airways and offers various services, such as ticketing, ground handling, and maintenance.
