## Description

**Gwen's Felted Paintings** is a distinctive brand founded by textile artist Gwen Dean, based in Dunblane, Scotland. Gwen specializes in creating stunning felt paintings inspired by the rich wildlife and breathtaking landscapes of the UK, particularly the dramatic scenery found in Scotland and Wales. Her artistry encompasses both original pieces for sale and personalized commissions, including pet portraits and landscape paintings.

In addition to her creative offerings, Gwen actively promotes the craft of felting through engaging workshops. These workshops, available both in-person and online via Zoom, cater to enthusiasts eager to explore the versatile world of felt arts—from needle felting to soap making. Having transitioned from three-dimensional sculpture to intricate felt paintings, Gwen employs both needle-felting and wet-felting techniques to achieve remarkable textures and effects in her work. With a growing portfolio showcased in local galleries, Gwen's Felted Paintings is a heartfelt celebration of nature and creativity, inviting art lovers to connect with the beauty of the environment.
