GatewayRegionYMCA has partnered with Major League Soccer expansion team St. Louis CITY SC to offer reduced-cost soccer programming to under-resourced youth. This exciting collaboration aims to make soccer more accessible to area youth in St.

Louis. Eligible children in Pre-K through 6th grade at the YMCA's 8 partner branches will have the opportunity to participate in youth soccer at a reduced cost of $5 for Y members or $10 for non-members per season. Discounted rates are available for Y members and non-members approved for financial assistance, as well as those who qualify for the free or reduced lunch program.

The spring 2023 season will be available at 8 YMCA locations. Moreover, St. Louis CITY SC will provide additional support by working with the YMCA to implement a training curriculum for coaches to enhance the level of training and play within the existing soccer program.
