## Description

GXE is a brand that aims to build the operating system for unlisted assets and fund management. Our mission is to provide investors, fund managers, and family offices with the tools they need to succeed in the ever-evolving financial landscape. With GXE, our clients can focus on their portfolios and investors, while we take care of everything else. As a licensed financial services company, GXE holds the Australian Financial Services Licence 460870, issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. We welcome clients from various sectors, including corporate, family offices, pension and superannuation fund managers, private equity, property, and venture capital. Founded in 2020 by Andrew Armstrong and Ed Hooper, GXE was originally known as Startup Galaxy. Recognizing the market problem of existing friction costs and lack of automation in the Australian private investment market, Andrew and Ed set out to redefine how alternative assets are managed. Their goal is to democratize, mature, and streamline illiquid and private assets. At GXE, we are fueled by our passion for innovation and commitment to excellence. We are proud to be building the future of alternative assets, empowering our clients to run organizations and achieve their goals. Join us on this exciting journey to create a brighter financial future.
