## Description

The Global Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN) is a dedicated international network of youth organizations and individuals working towards the preservation of Earth's natural resources and preventing biodiversity loss. As the official youth group in CBD negotiations, GYBN ensures young voices are heard in the political process, empowering them to take action. With recognition and support from the CBD Secretariat, GYBN aims to inspire global youth and future leaders to advocate for sustainable biodiversity conservation. Currently, GYBN boasts 280 member organizations from 140 countries, representing 664,000 members worldwide. Their mission is to create a world free from human-induced biodiversity loss, promoting harmony between people and nature. Through global mobilization and young people's empowerment, GYBN raises awareness on biodiversity's critical importance. Join the GYBN community to be part of this transformative movement towards a healthier global environment.
