GYIN (Global Youth Innovation Network) is a youth-led initiative that aims to empower young women and men in the Gambia. With strategic support from GYIN International and partners, GYIN Gambia Chapter provides a platform for young individuals to unleash their creativity and potential in transforming their communities. The main goal of GYIN is to support women and youths in the fields of innovation, agribusiness, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

To achieve this goal, GYIN offers a range of capacity enhancement programs, networking opportunities, coaching, mentoring, volunteering, and service learning. They also foster partnerships with businesses, development organizations, educational institutions, and community-based organizations. By doing so, GYIN contributes to the national development plan of the Gambia and provides the next generation with the tools and opportunities for a decent life.

Additionally, GYIN Gambia Chapter actively participates in projects such as the National Agricultural Land and Water Management Development Project (Nema Project), which directly benefits thousands of households. The organization's core focus lies in mobilizing rural youth for effective participation in agro-entrepreneurship and strengthening climate change resilience in the agricultural sector. With structures across the country, GYIN Gambia Chapter operates in various regions and municipalities.
