## Description

H2EU+Store is an innovative international industrial partnership founded by RAG Austria AG and Eco-Optima, aimed at creating a robust hydrogen economy in Central Europe. The initiative focuses on the entire hydrogen value chain, from production to transport, storage, and utilization. By capitalizing on the potential of green hydrogen, H2EU+Store intends to establish significant renewable electricity and hydrogen production capacities in Western Ukraine while expanding hydrogen storage volumes in Austria.

The organization has conducted a comprehensive feasibility study confirming the potential for large-scale production of renewable hydrogen at competitive prices in Western Ukraine, which can be efficiently transported to Central Europe via existing infrastructure. With a strong commitment to supporting a climate-neutral energy system, H2EU+Store positions itself as a critical player in the clean energy transition in Europe. By fostering cooperation between Austrian and Ukrainian partners, the initiative is set to lay the groundwork for successful hydrogen imports, enhancing energy sustainability and security in the region.
