## Description

Fundación EDEX is a non-profit organization established in 1973 in Bilbao, dedicated to enhancing social and educational initiatives. Adopting the World Health Organization's "Life Skills" initiative from 1993, Fundación EDEX has integrated these principles into its training and educational programs. The organization aims to foster a healthier, happier lifestyle while actively engaging in the development of fair and equitable societies across Spain and Latin America.

Essential to their mission are the ten core life skills, including empathy, emotion regulation, stress management, assertive communication, and self-awareness. These skills empower individuals to navigate relationships, tackle conflicts, and make informed decisions. By promoting critical thinking and creativity, Fundación EDEX fosters an environment where participants can grow personally and socially.
