HACEY Health Initiative is a non-profit organization founded in 2007, dedicated to supporting women, girls, and young people in Nigeria to live healthy and productive lives. Our mission is to empower and support these individuals through capacity building, advocacy, research, and education. We believe in using an i.C.A.R.E approach, which stands for Innovation, Capacity building, Advocacy, Research, and Education, to close the inequality gap that limits access to health and economic empowerment. By co-creating solutions, building capacities, advocating for evidence-based policies, conducting research, and providing educational programs, we aim to bring sustainable change. Since our inception, we have worked with partners to mobilize resources and implement effective interventions, reaching over 5 million Nigerians. We have consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and are accredited to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
