## Description

Hachi is an AI receptionist and customer-service platform designed to help clinics manage enquiries and appointments around the clock. It responds to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, web chat, and phone, using business documents to answer questions in the company’s tone. Hachi connects with Google Calendar to check availability and book, cancel, or reschedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and suggest alternative times without staff involvement.

The platform uses specialist AI agents for scheduling, sales, support, and emergency detection. When an issue needs human attention, conversations can be escalated to staff through Chatwoot. Hachi also offers email follow-ups and WhatsApp campaigns, with delivery tracking and audience targeting. Integrations include tools such as Zapier, Excel, Slack, Stripe, and PostgreSQL. The company highlights GDPR compliance, configurable agent behavior, and a seven-day free trial with no card required. Plans start at €149 per month. Hachi says setup typically takes three to five working days and offers demos, pricing information, and a return calculator for prospective customers.
