## Description

Hackit Home Hub is a resource platform designed to help disabled and neurodivergent people navigate home adaptations and find relevant support. The hub brings together information intended to make it easier to identify trusted professionals, explore assessment options, and understand the guidance and resources available for adapting a home. Its directory and information span 236 pages, offering visitors a broad starting point for researching their needs and the support that may be appropriate. By connecting people with home adaptation professionals and organizing practical information in one place, Hackit Home Hub aims to support more informed decisions about creating or improving accessible living environments. Its focus is on helping users locate services and guidance, rather than describing specific products or adaptation work. The platform is intended for disabled and neurodivergent people seeking clearer routes to assessments, expert assistance, and useful resources related to their homes.
