## Description

The Deutsche Kinderschutzstiftung Hänsel+Gretel is dedicated to protecting and empowering children in Germany. Established in 1997, the foundation addresses various aspects of child protection by creating safe environments and support systems for young individuals against physical, emotional, and sexual violence. Through innovative projects like the STARKE KINDER KISTE! and programs aimed at preventing abuse, the foundation engages tens of thousands of children, parents, and professionals each year. The foundation collaborates with schools, childcare centers, and specialists, ensuring that educational institutions across Germany are equipped to foster safe and nurturing atmospheres. Initiatives such as the Notinsel project promote safety in public spaces and encourage community vigilance. Additionally, the foundation organizes events and workshops to raise awareness about child protection issues, highlighting the importance of community involvement in safeguarding children. Committed to transparency and collaboration, Hänsel+Gretel inspires a collective effort to create a safer future for children everywhere.
