## Description

Halgatte Design is the creative practice of French designer and interior architect Stefan Petit-Halgatte, who develops interiors and bespoke furnishings for restaurants, cultural venues, private clients and businesses. His work focuses on giving a new life to emblematic places associated with gastronomy and nightlife, as well as creating distinctive settings for private cinemas, museums and other exclusive spaces. After studying at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, he began his career in 1980 with the decoration of the Hôtel, on Rue des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He later collaborated with designers including Andrée Putman and Sara Lavoine, before specializing in restaurant design, interior decoration and custom furniture. Halgatte Design’s style is described as festive and baroque, with a distinctly French and Parisian character. The practice works internationally, with activity spanning Paris, Dubai, Marrakech, Los Angeles and Miami. Its featured projects include Le Piaf, Le Raspoutine and Le Lup, presented alongside other collaborations and traditional projects.
