## Description

Halswell Wigram Rugby is a community rugby club serving children aged 4 to 12 in the Halswell area of Christchurch, New Zealand. With a family-friendly approach, the club helps young players learn rugby, build teamwork skills and make lasting friendships. It welcomes both returning families and newcomers, and provides registration information and support for joining the season.

For 2026, the season is scheduled to run from 9 May to 29 August, with Saturday morning games held across several grounds in the Christchurch metropolitan area. Training takes place on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons at Knightstream Park, with the day depending on players’ ages; sessions are expected to begin about four weeks before the first game. The club shares registration links for new and returning players, along with news and event updates, and encourages families to get in touch with questions.

Halswell Wigram Rugby also provides club merchandise and information about its sponsors.
