As the leading service provider since 1985, Hamilton Families offers a range of programs and interventions to support families experiencing homelessness. Their pioneering homelessness prevention and housing subsidy programs have received national recognition. Additionally, they provide shelter, stability, and support to ensure the well-being of children impacted by homelessness. One of their key initiatives is rapid re-housing, which helps families secure housing with rental subsidies. With an impressive success rate of 89% stabilization after one year, Hamilton Families is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and helping families thrive as they transition into housing and settle into their new communities.
