Hamilton/Roberts Designs is a well-established brand in the woodworking industry, specializing in creating exquisite wooden boxes and other woodwork. Founded by husband and wife team, Michael Hamilton and Dee Roberts, who have dedicated themselves to their craft for over thirty years. Their journey began after both obtaining BFA degrees in Ceramics (Michael) and Painting and Drawing (Dee) from the California College of the Arts.

They initially operated a pottery and ceramic sculpture studio before their shared passion for woodworking led them to explore this avenue. After moving to Caldwell, Idaho in 1978, Michael continued honing his skills in restoration and repair while simultaneously practicing woodworking. In 1984, the couple relocated to Boise, Idaho, where they established their brand and began crafting exceptional wooden boxes.

Their innovative designs quickly gained recognition, and they found success in art festivals and reputable craft galleries nationwide. Today, the brand attends 6-8 art festivals annually and supplies a select few galleries.
