## Description

Wilh. Hamm Bestattungen, also das Beerdigungsinstitut St. Anschar von 1913, is a family-run funeral service in Hamburg-Bramfeld with more than a century of experience. Led today by funeral director Christian Dommerdich, the team supports families around the clock, taking care of practical arrangements while giving them time and space to grieve. Services include personal advice, help with formalities, funeral planning and coordination, and a choice of burial options such as earth, urn, sea and woodland burials. The team also arranges flowers, music and individual life celebrations, and provides in-house funeral speakers and optional organ accompaniment. Families can use the institute’s own rooms to say goodbye, and consultations are available at its Bramfeld premises or at home. Wilh. Hamm also offers funeral pre-planning, including arrangements for setting aside funds through the German Funeral Provision Trust, and an online memorial portal where loved ones can share condolences, light candles and post memories.
