Little Hammers, for ages 5–9, introduces fundamentals, coordination, discipline, and safe participation. Youth Boxing, for ages 10–12, develops technique, combinations, defense, conditioning, and ring awareness. The program for ages 13 and older offers advanced technique, strength and conditioning, film review, and preparation for sparring. Memberships require a three-month commitment. The club’s weekly offering includes structured classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, open gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and sparring on Saturdays. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Boxing _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/hammer_boxing_club_ct) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idCj7tYBIG/w/278/h/279/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792815111364) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idCj7tYBIG/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792815111524) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Supernova | #fac800 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Inter — asset _(google)_ - Inter — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
