## Description

Kovářovo údolí o.p.s. is a Czech nonprofit organization founded in 2010 to support artistic crafts and contribute to the reconstruction of the historic Hamerský mlýn. The mill’s history dates to the early 19th century, and it serves as a setting for the organization’s cultural and community activities. The organization is associated with artistic blacksmith Daniel Hlobil and works to bring craftspeople and visitors together through events at the mill.

Its program includes gatherings of artistic blacksmiths and other craftspeople, public open days, festivals, and cultural events. Among its recurring activities is Obřanský Obr, a meeting featuring blacksmithing and craftsmanship, with related exhibitions, performances, and media coverage. The organization also shares news, event calendars, photographs, and videos about its work and activities.

Through its events and support for artistic crafts, Kovářovo údolí helps sustain the mill as a place for creativity, public engagement, and cultural exchange. It collaborates with local organizations and cultural partners, and welcomes visitors to discover the mill and the crafts practiced there.
