## Description

Hamster in Not is a German-language rescue and adoption platform dedicated to hamsters in need. Its website combines a community forum with information about animals available for rehoming, foster care, and responsible hamster keeping. Visitors can browse current listings for dwarf and Syrian hamsters, learn about individual animals, and review the placement requirements for Syrian hamsters. The platform also shares updates from its foster homes and reports on rescue work, including accounts of hamsters taken in from difficult situations.

Beyond adoption, Hamster in Not offers educational resources for prospective and current hamster keepers. Topics include basic care, hamster species, suitable enclosures and play areas, do-it-yourself habitat ideas, and shops selling accessories intended for appropriate husbandry. Members can ask questions, exchange experiences, and discuss hamster-related concerns through the forum. The site also introduces foster carers and provides community news, with a presence on Instagram noted on the website. Overall, Hamster in Not brings together rehoming information, practical care guidance, and peer support to help hamsters find homes and receive suitable care.
