## Description

Handful is a brand that focuses on sustainability in ceramics, offering environmentally friendly practices and products for the art and craft world. With a growing awareness of the impact of human activities on the environment, ceramists have started to question the sustainability of their practices. Handful promotes the use of sustainable and locally sourced materials, such as recycled clay and locally sourced materials, to reduce carbon footprints and support local economies. They also advocate for low-waste and low-energy production methods, using electric and solar-powered kilns to minimize energy consumption. Additionally, Handful encourages the incorporation of sustainable design principles into ceramics, creating functional, long-lasting, and easily recyclable pieces. In addition to their product offerings, Handful raises awareness about the importance of sustainability in ceramics and educates others about eco-friendly practices. They aim to inspire a self-critical approach to firing work, reducing the number of firings and minimizing waste. By working together, Handful believes that a more sustainable future for ceramics and the planet can be achieved. Join the movement and share your sustainable ceramic processes with Handful and the community.
