## Description

Handica Lyon is a professional and public exhibition focused on disability, ageing, and support for independent living at every stage of life. Held at Eurexpo Lyon, the event brings together visitors, businesses, associations, public bodies, and professional organisations to explore products, services, and ideas that can improve autonomy and accessibility. Its exhibits cover adapted equipment and assistive technology, accessible vehicles and transport, home adaptations, inclusive urban planning and buildings, sensory impairments, and personal care services. Other areas address health and wellbeing, family caregivers, tourism, culture, leisure, and sport. Dedicated spaces have included the Maison de l’Autonomie, the adapted automobile exhibition, tourism and leisure, inclusive education and digital accessibility, start-ups, and innovation initiatives. Handica Lyon also offers demonstrations, sports and cultural activities, conferences, forums, and debates, creating opportunities to discover solutions, exchange knowledge, and meet others. The event’s website provides exhibitor information, press coverage, newsletters, and updates through social media. Past editions took place in 2022, and a 2024 edition was announced for June at Eurexpo Lyon.
