## Description

HandiValais provides accessible transport in Valais for people with reduced mobility, offering a convenient option for medical appointments and other journeys. Founded after its creator experienced the difficulty of arranging timely transport and support for his grandmother, the service aims to make travel easier to organize. Customers can book a ride in under three minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with or without an accompanying driver. Staff are trained to support people with different disabilities, and drivers can accompany passengers to their destination, including medical appointments. HandiValais operates adapted, air-conditioned vehicles, including Ford Tourneo and Renault Kangoo models, with configurable seating and space for luggage. The company advertises fixed fares and says eligible journeys are reimbursed by health insurance under LaMal. Additional charges apply for waiting time, nighttime, Sundays, public holidays, and travel outside the canton. Reservations can be cancelled by email without charge up to 24 hours in advance. HandiValais presents its service as reliable, attentive, and available whenever customers need a ride.
