Led by Elizabeth Martin, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Mentor, our practice focuses on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Massage Therapy.

Through the use of acupuncture, we stimulate specific points on the body to promote relaxation, pain relief, and the body's natural healing process. We also offer Chinese Herbal Medicine, where our TCM herbal practitioner prescribes specialized combinations of herbs to address individual health needs. In addition to acupuncture and herbal medicine, we provide therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, and therapeutic exercises such as Qi Gong.

We believe in empowering our patients to take control of their health and offer an online self-care course called 5 Elements to Freedom, where you can learn to prevent disease and live a meaningful, fulfilled life.
