## Description

Hanneke Rota is a Dutch midwife, trainer and coach who supports people through pregnancy, childbirth and the transition to parenthood. A midwife since 1986, she brings longstanding professional experience to work with expectant parents and people seeking to reflect on difficult or traumatic experiences during pregnancy, birth or the postnatal period. Her approach makes space for fear, uncertainty, grief and personal questions, helping clients build trust in themselves and prepare for the changes ahead.

Services include individual coaching, tailored to each person’s needs, and Mindful Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP-F), a group course combining mindfulness training with pregnancy preparation. The course comprises nine sessions during pregnancy and a follow-up day after birth, with practices and educational topics to support participants between meetings. Partners are welcome to take part. Rota also offers an introductory phone conversation to discuss a client’s concerns, goals and preferred meeting setting, followed by coaching and evaluation as needed. Her work is intended for people who are pregnant, have given birth, or are considering a future pregnancy.
