HLNA is a non-profit organization and registered charity that is dedicated to providing free adult and family learning programs. Located at 90 Sanford Drive in the Windsor-West Hants Industrial Park, HLNA works to improve the lives of its residents by promoting lifelong learning and providing opportunities for all to enhance their literacy skills in a safe and inclusive environment. HLNA offers a wide range of learning programs to cater to different needs.

Their Adult Learning Program classes are taught by qualified teachers and cover subjects such as reading, writing, math, communications, social studies, science, and computers. These courses also integrate skills necessary for the workforce. Free day and evening classes, including G.

E. D. For individuals who require more individualized attention, HLNA provides free one-on-one tutoring.

Additionally, HLNA offers the Family Literacy Fun! program, which is designed for families with elementary school-aged children.
