## Description

Happiness Sangha is a meditation and well-being organization founded by Elizabeth Pyjov, offering programs that help people cultivate happiness, calm, and connection. Its approach combines scientific research, meditation, ancient wisdom, and ideas from world religions, with practical exercises and seasonal rituals. The aim is to support qualities such as mindful awareness, compassion, gratitude, resilience, inner peace, and self-compassion.

Happiness Sangha offers courses, classes, guided meditations, free events, retreats, and other programs throughout the year, including events in Italy and a virtual four-week course on the Buddha’s path to happiness. It also provides corporate wellness programs and speaking services for workplaces, along with books and other items through its shop. Visitors can explore the organization’s events, learn about Elizabeth’s work, and sign up for updates and daily inspirational texts.

Elizabeth is described as a meditation teacher, wellness coach, scholar, speaker, author, theologian, and lawyer. She has taught more than 100,000 people to meditate and has developed and led programs focused on happiness and compassionate living.
