Happy Balance is a baby-massage service run by Ingrid Eilander, an experienced childcare professional and specialised baby caregiver with more than 32 years of experience. Trained as a Shantala baby-massage instructor, Ingrid helps parents learn how gentle touch can support a calmer, more comfortable start for their baby and strengthen the bond between parent and child.

Happy Balance offers individual and duo courses, held at the family’s home. In a 60- to 90-minute session, Ingrid demonstrates techniques on a doll while each parent practises with their own baby. Participants receive a practical reader describing the massage techniques and baby-safe massage oil made with natural ingredients. Courses are available on Friday mornings and, when possible, Saturday mornings. The individual course costs €75, while the duo course costs €85.

In addition to teaching massage, Ingrid shares practical advice on sleep, feeding and baby-carrying techniques. Massage may help babies relax and may offer relief from issues such as colic or constipation.
